Cult Wines Ltd -
Our Services
How does the
wine
investment work?
With regards to the transactional
stages that you would need to understand
and observe these are the key points;
1.
We quote you the price of the stock plus
our 15% management fee which includes
portfolio updates, shipping, handling,
all administration costs, storage and
insurance for 5 years and the guaranteed
sale of your wine at 0% brokerage fee.
2.
You can
sell your wines at any stage regardless
of the proposed term of the portfolio;
we do not levy any early redemption
charges at any stage.
3.
We do not
charge any selling commission, and this
is quite unique for the market as most
traders or brokers will charge 15-25% at
the outset and the same when selling.
4.
We will provide quarterly analysis of
the current market value of your
portfolio as well as a monthly
newsletter covering all aspects of the
market. We will look at all recognised
international sources for price data.
5.
We will monitor your portfolio
throughout the investment term and will
advise when to sell. We take an active
role in all client portfolios and this
allows us to maximise returns.
6.
Ownership is confirmed by confirmation
documentation from us, certification and
access to the bonded warehouse records.
With regards to sourcing stock we
undertake constant market analysis
monitoring buying trends, exchange
transactions, market liquidity and we do
this globally to ascertain which stocks
we will acquire for clients, in all
cases we are sourcing wines which will
show growth in-line with portfolio
expectations.
We generally provide our clients with
supporting market information prior to
making a final decision on stock
selection although it is generally
geared to the size of investment being
made.
